❓ What is inside a Mystery Box?

Each Mystery Box contains a set amount of curated items, hand-selected by us.
Every box is unique and can include a mix of new, vintage, seasonal, themed, and surprise items. Please refer to the specific box or bag product page for specifics such as the total number of items, themes, or other specifics related to that series.
We focus on quality, fun, and value — no filler or junk.


❓ Are items in the box new or used?

Your box may contain new, vintage, or pre-loved items in excellent condition.
If an item is vintage or pre-loved, we choose it because it’s interesting, collectible, or adds character to the overall box. 


❓ How much value is in each box?

While every box is different, each is designed to deliver more value than the price paid, both in variety and total retail value.


❓ How does the subscription work? (Coming Soon)

If you choose a subscription box:

  • You’ll be billed automatically each month.

  • Boxes ship once per month.

  • You can cancel anytime before your next billing date.

  • Subscribers get a discounted price and exclusive items.


❓ When will my box ship?

We typically ship within 3–5 business days for one-time boxes.
Subscription boxes ship once per month, usually during the first week of the month.


❓ Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes! You can cancel anytime through your account dashboard.
Cancellations must be made before your next billing date to avoid being charged for that month’s box.


❓ Can I return or exchange my Mystery Box?

Because these boxes are curated surprises, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, if there is an issue with a damaged item or a mistake, please contact us — we always make it right.


❓ Can I customize my Mystery Box?

At this time, boxes are pre-curated and not customizable. We may trial this in the future. However, we periodically release special limited-edition themed boxes. These boxes are not available for subscription, and once sold out are not guaranteed to return. This keeps every box a true mystery and helps us maintain consistent value.


❓ Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States.
We would love to expand shipping options as we grow.


❓ How do you choose what goes into the boxes?

We personally source items from a combination of:

  • boutique and vintage suppliers

  • estate finds

  • local markets

  • curated inventory collections

Every item is chosen with care to create a box that feels fun, surprising, and worth opening.


❓ Is this a good gift?

Absolutely! Mystery Boxes make amazing gifts for birthdays, Christmas, other holidays, celebrations, and people who “have everything.”
You can ship directly to the recipient.


❓ How is the box packaged?

We use simple, clean packaging so the focus stays on the experience of unwrapping each item inside. Mystery boxes will be in a box, and our new mystery bags are packed within a poly mailer. 
Since we are still growing, our packaging is intentionally minimal — no frills, just curated surprises.
